The U-Type Syphon features a U-shaped bend designed for vertical steam installations. It provides efficient cooling for the gauge and ensures condensate formation, acting as a thermal barrier. Compact and durable, it is ideal where space is limited but temperature protection is essential.

Also known as a coil syphon, the pigtail-type syphon is used to form a condensate barrier that prevents hot vapors from reaching the pressure gauge. Its coiled structure allows natural cooling and condensate formation.
Applications: Steam boilers, power plants, and heat exchangers.
Thread Types: NPT / BSP / BSPT (Male or Female).

The MxF Syphon features male and female threaded ends for quick installation between process lines and pressure gauges. It combines versatility with protection against direct heat and pressure spikes.
Applications: Chemical, gas, and steam applications where compact installation is required.
Material Grades: SS 316L, Carbon Steel, Inconel 625, Monel 400, PTFE (for corrosive fluids).
Pressure snubbers are used to dampen sudden pressure fluctuations and pulsations that can damage gauges or cause inaccurate readings. Available in porous, piston, and adjustable types, they provide consistent pressure flow to instruments.

A Thermowell protects temperature sensors (thermocouples, RTDs, and thermistors) from high pressure, velocity, and corrosive fluids. It allows for sensor replacement without process interruption.
